The latest step in the development of the company is the new wine tasting hall in the wine factory, shelters folklore and antique exhibits, as well as equipment, for audio - video informing of the production and bottling of MINOS wines, and wine tasting.

This hall subsidizing from the European Union programme LEADER II, was created from an important intervention of reforming a part of the old wine factor in a 900 square meters surface. Functions on three levels in which including the above facilities:

Exhibition of old winery machines (pumps, bottling machines), as well as of an old traditional stone-made winepress.
Projection hall with capacity that reaches 200 persons, where the visitor can be informed about the wine in Crete and the history of the company by watching a 13 minutes video (Possibility to project the video in 8 languages).
Wine tasting room with furniture of an old cafe and capacity that reaches 120 persons. In this room the visitor has the ability to taste the reach and interesting wine collection of the company, to inform about the wine characteristics, as well as to settle his queries about wine.
Commercial area where the visitor, apart from the wine, can buy selected qualitative, Cretan products like olive oil, olive soap, spices, honey, and herbs.

The wine hall is open everyday during the summer. During the year visitors could come by appointment.
